Stallwell provides software, visibility, and transaction-assistance tools that connect local buyers and sellers. Stallwell is not a party to any transaction between users and does not manufacture, inspect, own, sell, or take title to any goods listed on the platform.

Eligibility. Users must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) to create an account, list an item, or complete a purchase.

Prohibited items. Users may not list, sell, purchase, or facilitate the sale of illegal goods, or age-restricted goods (including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or controlled substances) without valid legal authorization. Listing or attempting to purchase such items violates these terms and may result in account suspension.

User responsibility. By creating an account, listing an item, or completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, safety, accuracy, and quality of all listed items and content they upload.
• Buyers are solely responsible for verifying an item's legality and suitability before purchase.
• All parties assume full responsibility for their own transactions, conduct, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal law.
• Stallwell disclaims all liability for losses, damages, disputes, or legal violations arising from listings, transactions, or user-uploaded content.

No warranty. Stallwell makes no warranty regarding the condition, authenticity, safety, or fitness for purpose of any item listed on the platform.

Content responsibility. Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, including descriptions, images, and claims about their items. Stallwell does not verify or endorse listed content.

Disputes. Any dispute arising from a transaction is between the buyer and seller directly. Stallwell may provide visibility into transaction records but does not arbitrate disputes or issue refunds on behalf of either party.

Indemnification. Users agree to indemnify and hold Stallwell harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from their listings, transactions, or use of the platform.

Enforcement. Stallwell reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account suspected of violating these terms, at its discretion, without that action implying liability on Stallwell's part.
